Episode 04: How burnout can bring you back to yourself
Wednesday Mar 03, 2021
Wednesday Mar 03, 2021
In a culture that speaks often to being “enough”, Elizabeth and Jessica dialogue through the, all too often, conditioning of being “too much”. In this episode, listen to their journey of healing and surrender that brought, and is still bringing them closer to their true self.
Jessica is a holistic wellness coach and 500 hr yoga guide. She helps overwhelmed go-getters recalibrate and find clarity in their lives through her company Whole & Unleashed. Jessica walked away from the corporate world at the peak of her advertising career. She realized she was merely surviving a life that wasn't aligned to her and that many were on the same boat. Living in autopilot, following the status quo and disconnected from themselves. Jessica spent the past couple of years training to help people recalibrate, connect to their inner compass and align to a life where they too can thrive. Jessica is also the host of the Whole & Unleashed Podcast, a podcast about coming home to ourselves. Featuring chats on burnout, pivoting, fulfillment, spirituality, mental wellness & more.

Elizabeth sits down with friend and fellow creative, Sasha Kill, who speaks to the importance of authentic branding that comes from knowing your audience, and yourself. Sasha shares that knowing your audience at a psychographic level allows you to create branding and content that connects to your ideal client on a deeper level than font and color choices. This episode explores the importance of getting clarity on your voice, message and brand story first, and then using design as a tool to tell that story.
Sasha Kill is the lead designer and brand strategist behind Outlaw Creative where she’s on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to grow their brands in remarkable ways. With an extensive background in marketing and design strategy, her clients include best-selling authors, celebrity chefs, world-renowned artists, and multiple self-made 7-figure businesses. Episode 01: Imperfection and Vulnerability
Thursday Feb 18, 2021
Thursday Feb 18, 2021
Receiving the message at an early age that my deep feelings were just “too much” caused me to self protect by shutting down my emotions.
On this podcast episode I’m sharing why I decided to start this podcast, how we chose the name, and the kinds of topics we’ll be exploring. The emotional connection we have with our bodies can give us significant insight into what decisions we need to make in our business. I’m not interested in hustling anymore, working long hours, and “powering through” in order to feel like I deserve the success I want to achieve. I’m invested in pursuing a business journey that allows ease, flow, and fluidity to be the framework of my business. Exploring emotional healing and how it connects to business growth.
