Sharing the most beautiful analogy that I heard from one of my coaches about what it means to have these "dips" in our business ... especially after a big growth moment. During any kind of an uplevel it is normal to go through highs and lows, and the question becomes, "How do we support ourselves through it?"
"Do we have tools we can lean on to regulate our nervous systems in the dip?" ... so that we don't spiral into old patterns and beliefs.
In this episode, I'm walking you through what happened in my business in December. Sharing some of the ways that I questioned myself and began to slip into old patterns, and then how I moved through that into the world of possibility again.
