Tuesday Sep 14, 2021
Tuesday Sep 14, 2021
Elizabeth and Acupuncturist Kerry Goodwin discuss the benefits of Chinese medicine and its approach of focusing on the whole being. In her own practice, Kerry focuses on women’s health, particularly fertility and pregnancy. Her holistic approach and focus on herbal medicine takes the treatment beyond the treatment room. Both Elizabeth and Kerry discuss the importance of showing up authentically in our lives, focusing on overall health, and how it will ultimately extend into business as well. To get there, Kerry suggests creating boundaries around our health including best sleep practices, food preparation, and giving ourselves grace in the process.
